To submit a bug fix or enhancement to web-cp.net for inclusion in our web://cp releases do the following:

  • Create diff files or instructions for editing any files which already exist in web://cp
  • Create a .zip or .tar.gz of all code and diff/instruction files - including appropriate directory structures
  • Email patches@web-cp.net, attaching the code and a list of any known bugs

Once your code has been reviewed it will be included in test releases as long as it meets the following requirements:

  • Is legally licensed by the original creator under the GPL
  • Does not introduce security vulnerabilities
  • Does not considerably reduce the stability / reliability of web://cp
  • Does something useful
